Greg Atchison

Principal Chair

Meet Our Executive Leadership

Greg Atchison brings more than 40 years of military, corporate, and academic leadership experience to his role as a C12 Chair. Answering God’s call, he now helps business owners lead with clarity, purpose, and Kingdom impact.

His background includes co-leading a $50+ million business, overseeing large technical and R&D teams, and developing leaders at every level—including emerging leaders, senior managers, and global executives at Boeing. Greg holds a Ph.D. in Organization and Management (Leadership), is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and serves as an adjunct professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

For more than 20 years, Greg has been active in marketplace and small-group ministry. He currently serves as a deacon and small group leader at First Baptist Church of Wentzville. Married to his high school sweetheart, Nancy, for over 50 years, Greg enjoys fly fishing, reading, and time outdoors in God’s creation.
